The Early Years Show

A few months back, I was thinking about a guy named Stu Orgill. If you don’t know him, Stu was one of the earliest employees at Qualtrics. He was pivotal to their success in the early days of the company and you can arguably say that Qualtrics would not be where it is without him.

But now, you never hear about him. I wish I could hear his story. I think it would be so fascinating to sit down with him and hear about what it was like when there were less than 10 people at this now super successful company. And how the company evolved over time.

I think there are a lot of people like Stu.

So over the last few months, I started interviewing people I know that have been influential at the early days of startups.

The purpose is twofold: I want to hear the stories and the impact that these individuals have made while at these startups. And, in the process, I want to hear the interesting, fun, and early stories that I likely won’t hear anywhere else.

And you get to hear these stories, too.
